Refunds & Returns Policy

“With the MayhemDeals 30 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund.”

  • Please send a message to us if you’d like to set up a return with us.
  • Make sure you include your name/email used in the order or the order number, so we can look up your order and process it.
  • If there was a mistake made on our end (wrong colour, wrong model, etc…) or the product is malfunctioning, we will correct this at no extra cost to you.
  • For any other reason, you will be required to send the product back & cover the Shipping & Handling fees associated with that.
  • Once we receive the package, please allow 4-7 business days for us to process the return & issue you a refund.
  • We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Promotion items that are listed as $0 + S&H are non-refundable.
  • We cannot accept returns on any opened or used Essential Oil packages.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
  • If you’ve received the refund notification from us, please be aware that non-PayPal orders may take 3-4 business days before your bank processes the refund on your end.
  • If after that time, you still have not seen the refund, please contact us again and we can double check on our end for you.

Cancellations/Changes To Order

  • If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
  • We suggest that this occurs within the first 12 hours as our orders are usually sent to processing and shipped between 24 – 48 hours from ordering.
  • If the item you want to cancel or change has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • However, you can return the item for a refund once it has arrived.

Also, please note: We cannot add additional products to your order as our system does not allow us to charge your payment method by ourselves. You will need to make an additional order to do this. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
